1. Who operates this site
This website is operated by MIMMOX LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2025-001620797), trading as Cited Record, of 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What this site currently is
Cited Record is in development and is not yet available. This website describes what the service will do and lets you leave an email address to be told when access opens. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no service is being supplied to you today.
Descriptions of features, coverage and data sources describe our intended product and may change.
3. This is not legal, regulatory or professional advice
Cited Record collects and republishes enforcement records that government regulators have already published. Nothing on this site, and nothing in the service, is legal advice, regulatory advice, or a professional opinion, and none of it should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified adviser.
In particular:
- A record of an enforcement action describes what a regulator stated at a point in time. It is not a finding by us about anyone.
- The absence of a record does not mean an organisation has a clean regulatory history. It may mean the source does not cover it, or that we have not yet added that source.
- Decisions about suppliers, counterparties or investments are yours, and you are responsible for the checks you carry out.
4. Accuracy, sources and freshness
We take accuracy seriously and have designed the service around it: every published field is traceable to exact character positions in an archived copy of the official document, we do not paraphrase, and every record carries the time it was last verified against its source.
Even so, we depend on what regulators publish. Source data can be incomplete, delayed, withdrawn or wrong at the source, and we cannot correct the official record. Where we believe a record may be out of date, we say so rather than presenting it as current.
If you think something we publish is inaccurate, tell us at contact@citedrecord.com, and if it concerns personal data, at privacy@citedrecord.com.
5. The underlying documents
The enforcement documents we collect are published by government agencies and are, in the jurisdictions we currently cover, works of government not subject to copyright. Where a source imposes its own conditions, we observe them.
Our arrangement, normalisation, verification records, citations and provenance data — the work that turns those documents into a usable dataset — are ours.
6. What you may not do with this site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it.
- Interfere with its operation, or with anyone else's use of it.
- Use automated means to extract content at a scale or rate that burdens the service. We publish a
robots.txtand expect it to be honoured, exactly as we honour the ones published by the sources we collect from. - Submit anyone else's email address to the waitlist.
- Use the site or its contents in a way that breaks any applicable law, including export control and sanctions law.
7. The waitlist
If you submit your email address, we use it once, to tell you when access opens. How we handle it is set out in section B.1 of our privacy notice. You can have it deleted at any time by writing to privacy@citedrecord.com.
8. Links to other sites
We link to regulators' websites and to source documents. Those sites are not ours, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is a citation, not an endorsement.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and because this site is provided free of charge and no service is yet supplied:
- The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this site.
The service, when it launches, will be governed by a separate agreement with its own liability terms.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Material changes will be noted rather than made silently.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing here deprives you of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country where you live that cannot be varied by agreement.
